When is the next shop update?
The best way to know when new pieces will be available is to sign up for my email list and follow me on Instagram. New products are always in development. Please let me know through my contact page if there is something you would like to see!
How do I care for my pottery?
While all of Brightside Bear pottery is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended. All materials used are food-safe, lead-free, and nontoxic. Your pottery is made for you to enjoy every single day for years to come!
What are your shipping rates?
I charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping in the United States. I also offer the option for free pick up in Wilmington, NC, at the Pine Valley Library or at an upcoming market. Pickups must be done within 14 days of order. With the current climate international shipping is a bit trickier. However, if you are outside of the U.S. and interested please reach out and we can see how much shipping would be for the pieces you want!
What are your eco friendly shipping materials?
Each piece is thoughtfully wrapped in naturally biodegradable, compostable, SFI-certified, and fully recyclable GreenWrap. The box is filled with recycled kraft paper that is also recyclable and naturally biodegradable. The box is sealed up using water-activated tape made with 50% recycled content and is recycle-friendly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Each order is packaged with love and care, but things happen. Please reach out with a photo of your package within 3 days of arrival to exchange it for an item of similar value.
What is your return policy?
Each piece is handmade and truly one of a kind. While there might be slight variations from the photos online, I strive for transparency and accurate descriptions. Returns are generally not accepted, however, if you are unhappy with your order please contact me within three days of arrival and we will work together to make it right.
